So glad you asked. There are so many misconceptions about coaching since it is not a protected term. In essence, coaching is a method to support people in reaching their personal potential. 

Coaching is not about giving advice, analyzing the past or trauma therapy.

Coaching is a more compact and goal-oriented approach compared to other branches such as psychotherapy or counseling. Instead of moving you from minus one to zero, coaching moves you from zero to plus one.

At the moment you can choose from two coaching programs. 

The first program focuses on Life Coaching. It is for you if you are ambitious and adventurous, yet currently due to inner or outer circumstances, feeling stressed or stuck. This trajectory supports you in igniting your inner spark .

The second program focuses on Business Coaching. This trajectory helps you to move the vision that you cherish in your head and heart, to visibility, bringing it out into the world. This program is for inspired entrepreneurs who either need support in bringing their business online, wish to start a new business or increase online visibility.

In future, I also have coaching planned for people living in The Netherlands which include yoga and expat coaching. Welcome to let me know if you have any other wishes or suggestions.

Our coaching sessions usually take place in English. However as a native Dutch and German speaker, we can also switch to one of those languages if that makes you more comfortable.
